Heading back to work today.
My week off for “baby time” comes to an end on Monday morning when I head off to work. Here are a few non-baby-related items I have on my mind this Sunday evening:
1. Desperate Housewives has started doing flash forwards into the future of the characters - sorta like Lost. Unlike Lost, they weren’t all that interesting.
2. After watching all the BSG episodes in my Tivo (and some extensive online research) I’m thinking that the final cylon is Lee Adama.
3. I’m hoping to incorporate my newly found love of daytime naps into my workday somehow.

Never underestimate the rejuvenating powers of the occasional (or even regular) ten minute power nap. It will be no solace at all to you that it only takes Chuck Norris ten seconds to enjoy a complete ten minute power nap.
Could it be Lee Adama? In all the other cases, we have no knowledge of the cylons parents. We know Lee Adama’s family tree. How could Admiral Adama have fathered a cylon? I mean, if he was there for the birth, it’d be awfully hard for him to be a Cylon.
I’m really starting to think it’s the President.

Well, Lee would be easy to rule out because it doesn’t make sense - which makes it all the more devestating if it’s him. There was a line in the pilot where the crazy cylon said, “Adama is a cylon” - everyone assumed it was Captain Adama he was talking about. Also there was a bunch of talk about how he was never around for his children growing up. I have a million more little things, but no time to write it all here.
But, I also think that the President would be a good cylon too..and everything with her kinda makes sense that she’s a cylon.
Sometimes I think it’s the President too. But would a cylon get terminal cancer? Unless it’s all part of that model’s destiny.
As far as the Adamas. I agree with CJ. How could Lee be a cylon without Bill knowing it. And if Bill is a cylon then Lee would be a hybrid? Unless of course someone has been replaced with a cylon model? Remember in Razor when Bill found that early hybrid ship? Maybe he was captured, replicated, and replaced by a cylon version of himself?
See … I think the whole cancer storyline makes it MORE plausable that the president is a cylon. She was cured (temporarily at least) by hybrid blood from Hera. And if she’s a different type of cylon, maybe she’s got some glitch that they figured out later that makes her have the cancer. She does have that opera house vision that all the other cylons have. Baltar is in the vision too, but he doesn’t have the mass halucinations like the others.
