Any ideas on my next cell phone?

Dear reader,

I’m on the verge of making a major cell phone purchase, but not just any phone. I’m looking for a PDA or smartphone-type-device. At this point I’m basically torn between a Blackberry (probably Curve) or an iPhone. Both have various advantages, like price points, coverage plans, etc. Anyone care to chime in with what they use, or what might be best? So far the little demon on my left shoulder has me convinced it should be a new 3G iPhone.

I plan on using it to:
1. aimlessly surf the interweb
2. fire off terse emails
3. send ridiculous mobile photos to Flickr
4. craft ‘clever’ twitter posts.

Any input you have would be great appreciated, and I’ll consider other options as well. Please know ahead of time that I don’t care about any V-Cast bullshit whatsoever. Thank you for reading Little Lost Robot.
