deep fried oreos

You heard me right: Deep Fried Oreos. I ordered some at the Houston Rodeo this weekend, and was in love from the moment I shoved my hand into the sack filled with hot, fried cookies and powdered sugar.

After twittering this magnificent event, I got a few requests to better describe (or photograph) this delicacy. I snapped this photo with the camera lens shooting right down into the paper sack.
